Today the children enjoyed another session with Aishling from Relax Kids in which they thought about things that they are thankful for. The children stretched, bouncing up and down like a farmer on a tractor and curling up tight like a ball of wool! Don't forget to do some relaxation time with your child at bedtime each night!
