Relax Kids - Session 1

Our little stars enjoyed their first session of 'Relax kids' program today centred around our theme of 'People who help us' - the benefits of the program are immense. The children will be introduced to relaxation and they will have the tools to help them grow with resilience, confidence and self-esteem. A few moments of relaxation can help improve children's sleep, helping them concentrate and focus during the day. Relaxation is vital for physical, mental and overall emotional health and well-being at this young age!
